Kinara is partnered with a global life science technology company operating at the forefront of digital pathology, imaging and diagnostic platforms. As part of continued European growth, we are supporting the appointment of a Sales Engineer to act as a technical-commercial interface across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, applications support and commercial execution, supporting complex sales cycles across research, clinical and diagnostic environments.

The successful candidate will support commercial teams and customers by:

  • Acting as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements for digital pathology solutions
  • Supporting sales teams through product demonstrations, evaluations, trials and technical discussions
  • Working closely with customers including pathologists, lab managers and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements
  • Supporting European sales activity, including distributor-facing engagements where required
  • Providing technical input into tenders, proposals and solution design
  • Representing the business at industry congresses, customer meetings and workshops

This opportunity will suit someone with:

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Applications Specialist or Technical Pre-Sales professional
  • Background in digital pathology, histology, imaging, slide scanning or related diagnostic technologies
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both scientific and commercial audiences
  • Exposure to customer-facing roles across Europe, either directly or via distributors
