We are recruiting for a Field Sales Account Manager to join our growing commercial team within a well-established laboratory equipment business. This is a field-based, new business-focused role, responsible for driving revenue growth across defined territories, alongside managing and developing existing customer accounts.
The Role
- Drive new business development across your territory, identifying and converting new opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, increasing spend and product penetration
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across laboratory, scientific and industrial environments
- Work closely with internal sales teams to maximise opportunities and ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and forecasting
Territory
- Field-based role covering a defined UK region (with regular travel)
- Territories are currently being finalised, including a potential split of the South
- Final territories may be adjusted slightly to ensure balanced workloads across the team
- Expected to spend approx. 2–3 days per week visiting customers
