Are you a driven medical devices sales professional ready to take your next step in orthopaedics? Kinara Group are representing a scaling, well-established orthopaedic implant manufacturer to build their sales team in the UK.
We are looking for a Territory Manager/ Business Development Manager to own and grow their sales territory - defending key accounts, winning new business, and helping more patients access world-class implant solutions.
You'll take full ownership of your territory - building strategic account plans, converting competitor business, and developing strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Day to day, you'll coordinate with a Clinical Specialist to deliver against UK business plans, stay ahead of local market trends, and keep customer satisfaction front and centre.
You'll be highly visible in the field, sharp with data, and confident presenting at all levels. There is a supportive team in place, progression plans up through IC or management and a strong niche product portfolio.
