The Opportunity
Kinara Group are representing a fast-growing orthopaedics business with serious momentum in the UK joints market. They're looking for an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of their knee and hip portfolio - and this is a role with real autonomy, real budget, and real impact.
You'll own the UK product strategy for the portfolio. Working closely with the field sales team and Marketing/Product team in headquarters, you'll drive adoption, shape brand positioning, and lead clinical engagement across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing the UK plan for the joints portfolio
- Supporting the sales team with product training, launches, and territory planning
- Building KOL relationships and delivering clinical education events, proctorships, and congress presence (BOA, BASK)
- Leading new product introductions and managing the full product lifecycle
- Supporting NHS tenders, procurement frameworks, and formulary submissions
What We're Looking For:
You'll have a background in orthopaedic product management, with hands-on experience in hip and/or knee reconstruction. You'll know the UK NHS landscape, understand procurement, and be comfortable engaging with surgeons and commercial stakeholders alike. A degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or business is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence.
