We are currently working with an established international genomics and diagnostics company looking to hire a Product Manager to support and grow their FISH portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, or genomics who enjoys the commercial side of science and wants to play a key role in product strategy, launches, and market development.

The role sits within a collaborative global marketing and product team and will involve managing products throughout their lifecycle — from market research and product planning through to launch and ongoing performance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering customer and market feedback to identify trends and opportunities
  • Working with sales teams and key customers to understand market needs
  • Supporting new product development and roadmap planning
  • Building business cases for new product ideas and portfolio expansion
  • Managing product launches across international markets
  • Developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Supporting sales teams with training and marketing materials
  • Monitoring product performance and customer feedback post-launch
  • Acting as a technical and commercial point of contact for the FISH portfolio

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in life sciences
  • Previous Product Management experience within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Genomics, or IVD
  • Strong knowledge of FISH/Clinical cytogenetics/cancer genetics/molecular genetics
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel globally
