Our client is a specialist upper extremity orthopaedics business with a strong product portfolio and global backing. This role is focused on driving the strategic direction for the UK sales team, enabling the team to drive commercial development and lead from the front, using your network to build stronger relationships in the market and position the product as the go-to within the niche.
You will lead a small team of BDMs, own the UK commercial direction, and be the person who takes the European business strategy and makes it work on the ground in the UK. You will work closely with the rest of the leadership team throughout the wider region.
The role:
