Kinara Group are working exclusively with a specialist provider of clinical radiology workflow solutions to appoint a high-calibre Business Development Leader in the UK. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a commercially driven professional who thrives in front of customers and wants to build & own meaningful revenue. The company's platform addresses real, pressing challenges in NHS and private radiology: reporting bottlenecks, reporting outsourcing, AI-assisted triage, and departmental efficiency. The solution has strong clinical validation and reference sites across the UK - your job is to open the right doors, build genuine relationships, and convert.
What you’ll own:
- Lead the full UK sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and qualification through to contract execution - for radiology workflow and imaging informatics solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across NHS trusts and private imaging groups: radiology clinical leads, imaging directors, CIOs, and procurement teams.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales within NHS procurement frameworks.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s workflow challenges and position solutions with genuine clinical and operational credibility.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM discipline - own your number.
- Represent the company at UK radiology conferences, clinical events, and regional networking forums.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy - your customer insights matter here.
Your background:
- Proven track record selling clinical software or imaging IT (PACS/RIS, AI diagnostics, workflow solutions) into NHS radiology - with the network to match.
- Fluent in NHS procurement and buying processes; credible in clinical conversations around reporting workflows, pressures, and AI adoption.
- Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles (6-18 months) with multiple clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Self-sufficient, disciplined, and comfortable building in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
