Kinara Group is supporting a growing organisation within women’s health as they expand their commercial team. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across gynaecology, women’s health and surgical device solutions within NHS and private healthcare settings.

This is a commercially focused position responsible for generating new business and developing existing hospital accounts. You’ll work closely with consultants, clinicians and procurement teams to drive adoption of innovative gynaecological devices across theatre and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across NHS and private hospital accounts
  • Build and develop relationships with gynaecologists, consultants and clinical stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Support product evaluations, trials and in-theatre activity
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure successful product adoption
  • Identify and convert new opportunities across your territory
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Represent the business at conferences, exhibitions and clinical meetings

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in medical device sales, ideally within gynaecology or women’s health
  • Strong track record of winning and growing hospital accounts
  • Experience working with NHS procurement and clinical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a consultative, solution-based sales process
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based, theatre-support environment
