This job is for a Clinical Director at Whetstone Veterinary Practice in North London. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday only, with no out-of-hours work.
We are seeking a motivated leader to head up our team of three vets at our established small animal clinic. This role offers true work-life balance alongside the opportunity to shape and develop a high-performing clinical team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a progressive and people-focused vet to lead our clinical team. You should have strong general practice experience, great communication skills, and a passion for developing others. If you are a compassionate, collaborative clinician who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and mentoring colleagues, we would love to hear from you.
The Offer
