The Role
Lead and manage the nursing team, develop and maintain high clinical standards, participate in all aspects of the nursing rota, provide mentorship and clinical guidance.
About You
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) experienced in small animal general practice.
- Confident in a range of different nursing contexts.
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
- Previous leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
Location
Mercer and Hughes is a well-established group of small animal practices with a hub in Saffron Walden and branches in Great Dunmow, Stanstead and Bocking.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to 35000 per annum (pro‑rata).
- Additional scaling bonus.
