Working across paid media, SEO, website design, email marketing, content and digital strategy, they've built a reputation for delivering campaigns that genuinely move the needle for their clients.

This role would suit someone who already has a solid grounding in paid media and is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns and client relationships. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads, helping clients achieve their objectives through thoughtful campaign planning, ongoing optimisation and clear performance reporting.

Day to day, you'll be involved in:

  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Producing reports and presenting insights to clients
  • Managing campaign budgets and spend
  • Reviewing landing pages and conversion journeys
  • Working closely with SEO, content, web and creative specialists
  • Supporting strategy discussions and client growth opportunities

The position offers a great balance of hands-on campaign management and client-facing responsibility, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their paid media career.

We're looking for someone with around three years' experience in paid media, ideally gained within an agency environment, who enjoys the combination of data, strategy and client communication that performance marketing brings. You’ll likely have experience with:

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
  • Performance reporting and campaign analysis
  • Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
  • GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Budget management and campaign optimisation
  • Client communication and stakeholder management

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and genuinely excited about helping clients achieve better results.

Alongside hybrid working, you’ll benefit from 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, a company pension and ongoing training opportunities. Most importantly, you’ll be joining a business at an exciting stage of growth where there is genuine scope to progress your career and help shape the future of the agency.
