We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Executive to join the global digital marketing team of a well-established international business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced email marketer who’s ready to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns, from strategy to execution, within a collaborative and data-driven environment.

About the Role: As the Senior Email Marketing Executive, you’ll help shape the customer journey through strategic email and lifecycle marketing programs. You’ll build, optimise, and analyse campaigns that engage leads and retain customers across global B2B segments. Working closely with sales, content, and performance marketing teams you’ll develop targeted workflows and automated communications that align with broader commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Build and manage email nurture sequences for leads and customers at all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Segmentation and Personalisation: Deliver tailored messaging by customer type, market segment, and engagement level.
  • Sales Alignment: Support sales and demand generation with targeted outreach campaigns using data enrichment tools.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance content, design, and send strategy.

About You:

  • 2-4 years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
