We’re working with a leading B2B organisation that’s creating a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Content Strategy Manager to sit at the heart of their marketing team.
This is a pivotal hire, designed to elevate their thought leadership and client storytelling to ultimately fuel their commercial growth.

This business is looking for someone who enjoys collaboration whether that be working closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, or the in-house creative team. You’ll become the go-to authority for content within the organisation driving both strategy and execution across multiple channels and formats.
About the Role:
With this being a brand-new position, you have the opportunity to make the role your own.
Day-to-day you will be:
- Leading the development of a company-wide strategy aligned with the customer journey and business priorities.
- Creating and managing a forward-looking content calendar to ensure consistency and visibility.
- Partnering with copywriters, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver compelling content: from whitepapers and case studies to social campaigns and sales enablement material.
- Applying a sharp editorial eye to refine drafts, optimise content for SEO, and ensure brand tone of voice throughout.
- Monitoring content performance, advising on improvements, and managing lifecycle optimisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in content marketing or a closely related B2B role – for example project management or strategy management.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder content programmes with measurable results.
- Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to distil complex subjects into engaging, audience-focused content.
- Highly collaborative and super organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
