The Role

You'll lead the day-to-day social media function, combining strategy, people management and hands-on content production to grow brand awareness, engagement and online sales.

You'll be responsible for

  • Developing and delivering a multi-platform social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and Linked In.
  • Managing and developing the content team, providing clear creative direction, constructive feedback and ongoing support.
  • Leading the content calendar and creative direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
  • Creating, filming and editing high-quality video and photographic content, while coordinating models, styling and production schedules for shoots.
  • Using performance data, platform insights and emerging trends to improve content, engagement and commercial results continually.

About You

To be considered for this position, you'll ideally have

  • At least two years' in-house social media experience gained within a consumer-facing business.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative content, videography, editing and social-first storytelling.
  • Experience managing or mentoring content creators and confidently leading the creative process from concept through to delivery.
  • A strong understanding of social platforms, changing algorithms and the content that builds both community and conversion.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage multiple campaigns, direct shoots and appear on camera when needed.
