Kin Collective is working with a globally recognised automotive business to find an Organic & Partnerships Lead for their UK communications team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who understands how organic social, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling work together within a wider marketing strategy, not just as standalone channels. The business is investing heavily in how it shows up across owned, earned, and partnership activity, and this role will sit at the centre of that evolution. You’ll have the chance to shape strategy, influence campaign direction, and work across both UK delivery and wider European collaboration.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading organic social and partnership activity across the UK market, while also collaborating with wider European teams to help shape integrated communications strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading organic social and partnership activity across UK campaigns
- Working closely with paid media, PR, and communications teams on integrated campaign planning
- Identifying and managing influencer and brand partnership opportunities
- Supporting community and audience growth through culturally relevant content
- Managing agencies and external partners with clear performance accountability
- Monitoring competitor and emerging brand activity across social and partnership channels
- Helping define what activity should be managed centrally vs locally
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from people who:
- Have strong experience across organic social, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
- Understand how owned, earned, and paid channels work together commercially
- Have worked within a larger consumer, automotive, lifestyle, retail, or high-consideration brand environment
- Are confident managing agencies, stakeholders, and external partners
- Can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery
- Have excellent editorial judgement and strong brand awareness
- Automotive experience would be a huge advantage, but we’re also open to people coming from other well-known consumer or premium brand environments.
Why apply?
This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised brand at a time where communications and marketing transformation is a genuine business focus, not just a buzzword. You’ll be joining a collaborative team with strong long-term progression opportunities, high-profile campaigns, and the chance to shape how the brand connects with audiences moving forward.

This role is based in Reading with hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 from home). Suitable for candidates commuting from Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Slough, High Wycombe, Basingstoke, Guildford, and surrounding areas in Berkshire and the Home Counties of London.
We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
