We’re partnering with a market-leading automotive business who are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys seeing campaigns through from start to finish. You’ll sit close to the commercial side of the business, working alongside sales, finance and senior stakeholders, and making sure marketing activity genuinely delivers results, not just good ideas. If you like ownership, structure and being trusted to get on with things, this could be a really nice next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running B2C marketing campaigns end to end, from planning through to launch and review
- Managing budgets carefully and accurately, with a strong eye for detail
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to keep everyone aligned
- Briefing agencies and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
- Reviewing performance and using insights to improve future activity

Location: This role is based from the client’s Reading office and would suit candidates living locally or able to commute from across Berkshire and surrounding areas, including Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Newbury, Slough, Henley-on-Thames, Basingstoke and parts of West London.
