This is a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Manager who wants to step into a role with real ownership, visibility, and impact. You’ll be joining a business with a strong reputation in its space, where marketing is seen as a key driver of growth, not just a support function.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused Marketing Manager position where you’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, working closely with senior leadership to shape how the business grows. You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and delivering the marketing strategy, positioning the business as a leader within the construction services space
- Driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention through well‑executed multi‑channel campaigns
- Managing and optimising digital performance across the website, SEO, PPC, and content activity
- Creating impactful marketing collateral and campaigns that directly support sales and revenue growth
- Tracking performance and continuously improving activity based on insight, data, and results
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a well‑rounded marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery, someone who can take ownership and make things happen.
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing
- Commercially aware, able to link marketing activity to business growth
- Confident managing stakeholders and external agencies
- Experience within construction, engineering, or a technical sector would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
Why apply?
- Join a well‑established, respected industry leader with strong foundations and ambitious growth plans
- Opportunity to own and shape the marketing function, not just execute someone else’s ideas
- Be part of a business operating at the forefront of sustainability and innovation within construction
- Work closely with senior leadership, giving you real influence and visibility
- Early start and finish (7:30am to 4:30pm), offering structure and the chance to finish your day earlier than most
- Supportive, collaborative team environment where people are genuinely valued

The company is based near Potters Bar, making it easily commutable from Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Borehamwood, Barnet, Enfield, Watford, Hemel Hampstead, and surrounding areas across Hertfordshire, North London and Essex.
We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
