We've partnered with a fantastic, creative marketing agency to find a Mid-weight UX/UI Designer to join their growing digital team. This role will involve working across large-scale web, e-commerce and digital product projects for globally recognised brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving UX challenges just as much as creating polished, visually engaging interfaces. You’ll be joining a collaborative agency environment where strategy, creativity and digital experience all work closely together, giving you the chance to work on meaningful projects that combine strong design thinking with commercial impact.
The business is looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of areas of the design process, whilst still enjoying collaboration with developers, product teams and senior creatives.
The RoleYou’ll be involved across the full UX/UI process, helping to shape user journeys from early research and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff. Responsibilities will include:
- Owning UX/UI design across key digital journeys and product features
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
- Designing responsive digital experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Supporting and evolving component libraries and design systems
- Presenting concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and internal teams
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers and wider business teams
- Designing experiences that balance usability with commercial performance
- Around 3+ years’ UX/UI design experience across digital products or platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and polished UI execution
- Experience designing responsive web or e-commerce experiences
- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
- Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with design systems
- Confident communication and stakeholder presentation skills
- Ability to manage workload independently whilst working collaboratively within a wider team

This role is based in Duxford, South Cambridgeshire with hybrid working available. It's therefore easily commutable from Cambridge, Royston, Saffron Walden, Newmarket, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas within Cambridgeshire, Essex or Hertfordshire.
