A well established B2B business is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand presence and offline marketing activity. This role will take ownership of brand campaigns, physical marketing assets and wider marketing planning, ensuring activity supports sales across multiple routes to market. Working alongside digital marketing, product and sales teams, you’ll play an important role in ensuring campaigns are commercially focused, consistent and aligned with the wider business strategy.
The Role
- Develop and deliver the company’s marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead brand campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Manage offline marketing activity including brochures, POS, merchandising, events and exhibitions
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
- Work closely with digital marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches
- Manage agencies, designers and external suppliers where required
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering brand and campaign led marketing within a B2B product environment
- A commercially minded marketer who understands how marketing supports sales
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience managing campaigns, creative assets or marketing suppliers
- A proactive and organised approach to marketing delivery
- Experience working with a product at some point in your marketing career
- Ideally you will have line management experience of at least one person

You’ll need to be able to drive to the office, making the role commutable from Cambridge and surrounding areas including Ely, Newmarket, Royston, Haverhill, St Neots, Huntingdon, Saffron Walden, and parts of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
