About the Role:

As the standalone marketer, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s marketing strategy and delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves variety. From shaping campaigns and managing digital strategy, to crafting engaging content and managing events. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to refine the brand’s voice and strengthen engagement across channels.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence including website, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Create and execute content marketing campaigns that speak authentically to the candidate talent pool.
  • Plan and coordinate events, partnerships, and community initiatives to grow reach within their sector.
  • Monitor analytics and report on performance, turning data into actionable insights.

  • A minimum of 5 years broad marketing experience, with 1-2 years’ experience held within the recruitment sector.

  • Proven experience managing websites, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
