The Role:

Sitting as the sole marketer in the business, this role offers real variety and ownership. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering campaigns that generate leads, elevate brand visibility, and support the sales process across the company’s three core divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital

  • Managing postal marketing activity including branded merchandise and fulfilment
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and lead generation
  • Working with external partners to place articles and brand features in industry publications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who’s self-sufficient and confident running end-to-end campaigns. You’ll need to be hands-on, commercially aware, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Ideally have experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Are confident across the digital mix – including email, web, social, and PPC
  • Have excellent written communication and content creation skills
  • Know your way around Canva and enjoy producing engaging visual content
  • Are a great communicator with top-tier organisational skills
  • Are happy in a standalone role and comfortable juggling priorities independently
  • Can confidently liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers

Why apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing in a role that’s broad, creative, and central to business growth. You’ll work with a friendly, knowledgeable team and gain experience across the full marketing mix – ideal if you love variety and seeing the real impact of your work.
