We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join a well-known consumer brand with an instantly recognisable product range. If you’ve worked in a brand-led or FMCG environment, enjoy working across multiple teams, and love seeing campaigns come to life, we think you’ll want to read more about this one.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your work genuinely contributes to the success of national campaigns. It’s the ideal role if you’re looking to grow your experience in product and marketing delivery in a brand you’ll be proud to represent.
Essential experience required:
- Experience in a brand-led or FMCG environment, you understand the pace and the product focus.
- Hands-on campaign delivery experience, whether you’re leading parts or supporting them, you’ve played a role in getting campaigns over the line.
- Strong organisational skills, or a genuine appetite to build your confidence in project management.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on, project-focused marketing role. You’ll support the Head of Marketing on a variety of product and campaign initiatives, from packaging refreshes and seasonal promotions to go-to-market campaigns and marketing collateral development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of product and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with sales, operations, finance, and external partners.
- Helping define project scopes and timelines.
- Tracking progress through project tools like Gantt charts via Excel.
- Preparing assets, content and materials for campaign rollouts.
- Supporting with project documentation, meeting notes, and task tracking.
Location:
The role is based full time on-site in the Milton Keynes office, and while there is some flexibility, regular in-office presence is essential. The team works closely together, and being on-site means you’ll have the chance to collaborate directly with colleagues, gain hands-on support from your line manager, and build valuable skills through real-time learning.
Because of this, you’ll need to live within a commutable distance and have access to your own transport. The location would suit candidates based in Bedford, Northampton, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Towcester, Buckingham, and parts of North Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
