You’ll be working across a range of client projects, helping to communicate often complex topics with clarity, empathy, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing creative concepts and delivering design solutions across 80% print and 20% digital
• Translating strategic and scientific information into compelling visual stories
• Designing assets for campaigns, websites, presentations, and educational materials
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including copywriters, artworkers, and project managers
• Maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries

What we’re looking for:

• Solid design experience in an agency or regulated setting (healthcare, scientific, pharma etc.)
• A portfolio that shows off your ability to think conceptually and design beautifully
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Great communication skills and a collaborative way of working
• A curious mindset and a sharp eye for detail

Due to the office location and hybrid working pattern, this position would suit candidates living in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas including Duxford, Sawston, Whittlesford, Pampisford, Harston, Stapleford, Cambridge, Royston, Haverhill, Linton, Saffron Walden, Balsham, Fulbourn, and further afield.
