A well established B2B business we have partnered with is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital marketing function and drive online visibility, engagement and demand. This role will lead digital strategy across website performance, organic search, social channels and wider digital platforms, ensuring a strong customer journey that supports sales across multiple routes to market.
Working closely with sales, product and brand teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring digital activity supports commercial objectives and strengthens the brand’s online presence.
The Role
- Develop and deliver the company’s digital marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives
- Own website performance, organic traffic growth and digital customer journeys
- Lead SEO strategy and search visibility across key digital platforms
- Monitor and analyse digital performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Work closely with product and sales teams to support product launches and digital demand generation
- Manage external agencies, developers and digital suppliers where required
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering digital marketing activity within a B2B product environment
- Experience working with a product at some point in your marketing career
- Ideally you will have line management experience of at least one person
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital customer journeys and online engagement
- Experience managing websites and digital platforms (WordPress experience beneficial)
- Confident using analytics and digital performance tools to inform decision making
- A proactive, data led approach to improving digital performance

You’ll need to be able to drive to the office, making the role commutable from Cambridge and surrounding areas including Ely, Newmarket, Royston, Haverhill, St Neots, Huntingdon, Saffron Walden and parts of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
