We’re working with a retail focused brand that supplies well known products to major UK retailers and has a network that spans several global markets. Their communications team plays a central role in bringing the business together, ensuring their brands are represented clearly, consistently and with purpose across every touchpoint. They’re looking to appoint a Communications Manager who can lead on internal and external messaging, support brand visibility through PR and social activity and act as a key point of contact for consumer and community engagement. This is a role that suits someone who enjoys creating structure, clarity and narrative across a busy, international organisation.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for shaping and delivering communication across the business.
- Managing social content planning and publishing for multiple brand channels.
- Monitoring online activity, responding to comments and identifying opportunities for engagement.
- Drafting press releases, coordinating media distribution and maintaining press contacts.
- Managing consumer communications, responding to enquiries and reporting on recurring themes.
- Creating internal updates and supporting teams with clear, timely information.
