We’re supporting a well-known organisation in Cambridge that’s looking for a highly organised, people-focused Marketing & Communications PA to join their busy team on a 6 month contract. A full-time role with a steady hybrid pattern that helps keep your week balanced. This role sits within a collaborative Marketing & Communications team known for telling meaningful stories and driving brand impact worldwide. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to keep operations seamless, support key projects, and ensure the team always feels one step ahead.
The Role
- Managing busy diaries and inboxes, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring priorities are handled smoothly.
- Organising meetings and travel, preparing documents, taking minutes and keeping actions moving.
- Supporting team operations such as onboarding, room bookings, conference admin and keeping internal systems up to date.
- Coordinating the logistics behind events, filming, photography and wider marketing activity.
- Handling budgets, invoices, expenses and general team admin to keep everything running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, proactive administrator or PA who enjoys working in a busy team and can effortlessly juggle multiple moving parts.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a PA, EA or team support role.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a discreet, professional approach.
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 and a willingness to pick up new tools quickly.
- Any exposure to marketing, communications or events would make your application stand out, but it’s not essential.
