We’re partnering with a well-established FMCG supplier and market leader to find a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their collaborative in-house marketing team on a maternity cover basis. This is a hands-on, varied role for a marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end to end and working closely with internal teams to bring brand and product stories to life. The business is known for its commitment to doing things properly.

The role:

  • You’ll be responsible for delivering integrated marketing and communications activity that supports brand visibility, product launches and customer engagement.
  • Deliver and manage integrated marketing and communications plans across digital, print, email and social channels.
  • Create, update and maintain website content, imagery and product information via CMS.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding and campaign delivery.
  • Track performance, manage timelines and contribute ideas to continually improve marketing activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • This role would suit a proactive, confident marketer who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking ownership quickly.
  • At least two years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a B2B or FMCG-aligned environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience using CMS and digital marketing tools.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A self-starter with a full UK driving licence and access to a car for daily commuting.
