Are you an experienced digital account professional who enjoys bringing websites, digital projects and clients together? We're working with a well-established marketing agency in central Cambridge that's looking to add a Senior Digital Account Executive or Digital Account Manager to its growing digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while keeping digital projects moving smoothly from brief through to delivery.
Working across a varied portfolio of clients, you'll become the day-to-day contact for digital activity, coordinating website updates, supporting new website launches and working closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
This is a varied client-facing position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing multiple digital projects, ensuring deadlines are met, clients are kept informed and work is delivered to a high standard. You'll be involved in:
- Managing multiple digital projects from initial brief through to delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for website updates, maintenance and ongoing support
- Coordinating with internal developers and creative teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
- Producing project scopes, timelines and budgets
- Monitoring project progress and keeping clients updated throughout
- Testing websites and digital solutions before launch
- Building long-term relationships with clients and providing a first-class service
- Translating client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams
We're looking for someone who has experience working within a marketing, digital or creative agency and is comfortable managing multiple client projects at once. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience within a marketing, digital or creative agency
- Experience managing digital projects and client accounts
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as WordPress (Drupal or Shopify experience would be advantageous)
- An understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is required, as occasional travel to client sites forms part of the role.
You’ll be joining an established agency that genuinely values its people, offering the flexibility of hybrid working, a profit share scheme so everyone shares in the company's success, and a generous holiday allowance of 28 days plus bank holidays and your birthday off. Enhanced family leave is also available, alongside a collaborative, supportive culture where ideas are encouraged, achievements are recognised and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of digital projects with a close-knit team.
This role is based in Cambridge 3 days a week.
