A growing construction business is investing further in its UK marketing team and looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the next stage of its growth.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of campaigns and communications across customer, trade, merchant and distributor audiences.

It’s a genuinely broad role where you can combine creativity with commercial thinking and see how your work supports sales, strengthens customer relationships and builds the brand.

The position has been created following continued business growth and increased investment in marketing.

You’ll join a collaborative team where your ideas will be welcomed and you’ll have the space to develop your experience across the full marketing mix.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for turning marketing plans into well‑executed campaigns and useful content for customers and sales teams.

This will include:
Delivering integrated campaigns, email marketing and customer communications
Creating brochures, case studies, presentations and sales materials
Supporting product launches, exhibitions and trade marketing activity
Managing the content calendar and coordinating projects with agencies and suppliers
Monitoring campaign performance and using the results to improve future activity
You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing and sales, helping ensure campaigns are commercially relevant, delivered on time and consistent with the wider brand.

About You
You’ll bring previous experience from a Marketing Executive or similarly broad marketing position, along with the confidence to manage multiple projects and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.

You’ll be a strong writer and organiser with experience delivering campaigns, creating marketing collateral and using CRM or email marketing platforms.

Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, comfortable taking ownership and able to bring ideas to a team that is keen to keep improving its marketing.

Experience within construction, building products, manufacturing, interiors or another trade‑focused sector would be useful, although it isn’t essential.

A marketing qualification or equivalent experience and a full UK driving licence are required.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to develop a broad and commercially valuable marketing skillset rather than being limited to one channel.

You’ll work across campaigns, content, customer engagement, events and sales enablement, with genuine ownership and visibility across the business.

Alongside a potential salary of £38,000 – £42,000, depending on experience, the package includes a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Location
The role is based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, with hybrid working that allows two days each week from home.

The office is commutable from Amersham, High Wycombe and Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire; Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Rickmansworth and Watford in Hertfordshire; and Uxbridge in Greater London.

As the role involves occasional travel to events and other UK locations, applicants will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
