We’re partnering with a hugely exciting business operating across social media, creator culture, entertainment, and digital content. Based in a seriously creative North London office surrounded by content creators, digital talent, and creative teams, this is the kind of environment where social media genuinely sits at the centre of the brand and growth strategy.

They’re specifically looking for someone who already has hands‑on experience managing social media accounts within entertainment, creator‑led brands, lifestyle, fashion, music, or culturally driven consumer brands. This role won’t suit someone coming purely from a traditional corporate or B2B marketing background. You’ll need to genuinely understand TikTok and Instagram culture, know how to create content that feels native to the platforms, and feel confident managing multiple accounts whilst communicating directly with clients, creators, artists, and management teams. A strong interest in music culture, particularly dance and electronic music, is also really important for this role.

The Role

This is a highly creative and fast‑paced Social Media Manager role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of artist, label, and entertainment‑focused accounts across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day strategy and delivery across multiple social accounts
  • Creating and developing short‑form video content tailored to platform trends
  • Identifying opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and visibility
  • Writing captions, planning content calendars, and supporting campaign execution
  • Leading client communication, strategy discussions, and content approvals
  • Tracking performance data and refining content based on insights and engagement
  • Staying ahead of cultural, creator, and platform trends across TikTok and Instagram

What They’re Looking For

They’re hoping to meet someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts, ideally within music, entertainment, creator‑led, lifestyle, or culturally driven consumer brands
  • Understands TikTok and Instagram inside out, with strong short‑form content creation and editing experience
  • Is confident managing multiple accounts and communicating directly with clients, artists, creators, or talent teams
  • Naturally spots trends, viral moments, and content opportunities, whilst thriving in a fast‑moving creative environment with a genuine interest in music and social culture

Why Apply?

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone wanting to properly immerse themselves in the world of music, creators, digital culture, and social‑first marketing. You’ll be joining a business where ideas move quickly, social media is valued properly, and there’s real opportunity to grow your career in an environment surrounded by creativity and culturally relevant work every single day.

Location

This role is primarily office‑based in Mill Hill East, North London, with 1 day working from home each week. It’s commutable from Finchley, Hampstead, Camden, Islington, Highgate, Barnet, Edgware, Watford, St Albans, and surrounding parts of North London and Hertfordshire.

We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
