At KIMS Hospital, we’re proud to offer exciting opportunities within our AfPP-accredited Theatres team—the only private team in Kent to hold this distinction. We are expanding due to internal promotions, and we\\\’re looking for dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioners (ODP) to join us in delivering the highest standards of perioperative care.

This is more than just a role—it’s a chance to shape your career your way. This role is 40 hours per week between Monday and Saturday. Saturdays are on average one per month.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing expert care across anaesthetic, scrub, and/or recovery disciplines
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services
  • Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
  • Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues

What we’re looking for

  • Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Post-registration experience in a theatre setting (NHS or private)
  • Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and enthusiasm for learning
