KIMS Hospital is looking for a Bank Medical Records Administrator to join our busy Medical Records team. This role plays a vital part in supporting patient care by ensuring medical records are accurately archived in line with hospital policy and GDPR requirements.
- Manage the archiving, digital storage and destruction of records in line with retention policies.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the medical records archive, moving records to utilize all available storage.
- Follow correct procedures to identify, track and archive records.
- Maintain record archive database.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with confidential information and electronic systems.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
This is a great opportunity to work flexibly on a Bank contract whilst being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team within Kent's largest independent hospital.
