If so we have a great opportunity within our Recruitment and Training team.
Much of your role will focus on supporting, Recruitment and Training compliance.
You'll work closely with candidates, new starters, hiring managers and colleagues across the hospital to ensure all pre-employment checks, documentation, onboarding, and training requirements are completed accurately and on time.
You'll also provide regular flexible administrative support across the wider hospital network, responding to business needs and helping to maintain robust HR and compliance processes.
- What you'll be doing
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from offer through to successful onboarding, ensuring all required documentation and checks are completed.
- Coordinating pre-employment compliance checks, including Right to Work, references, DBS, occupational health clearance and other role-specific requirements.
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation, ensuring information is accurate and issued within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential HR, recruitment, training and compliance records, ensuring information is up to date and readily available for audit and reporting purposes.
- Supporting Training administration, including training bookings, mandatory training compliance, e-learning and compliance reporting.
- Producing regular reports and providing accurate compliance information to support the Recruitment & Training Team, managers and wider business.

Essential
- Experience in a compliance or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment, where accuracy, confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures are essential.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload, manage competing deadlines and proactively follow up outstanding information or checks.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with candidates, colleagues, managers and external organisations.
Desirable
- Experience of HR or recruitment compliance within a healthcare or other regulated environment would be an advantage but isn't essential.
- An understanding of areas such as DBS checks, Right to Work, occupational health clearance, mandatory training and employment documentation would also be beneficial.
