Are you an HCPC registered Radiographer, experienced in working across a variety of modalities? Are you looking to develop your career and lead a team? Are you passionate about ensuring consistently high standards and delivering excellent customer and patient care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. You will work on rotation carrying out diagnostic imaging in a range of modalities including MRI, CT and X-Ray.
Responsibilities
- Undertake MRI (including CMR), CT, and general x-ray activity as required.
- Act as an Operator under the IR(ME)R Radiation Regulations and assess the clinical justification of referrals.
- Actively participate in quality improvements and audits.
- Mentor junior staff and deputise for the Lead Radiographer as required.
Person Specification
- Hold a diploma or degree in Radiography with a valid HCPC registration.
- Have extensive post qualification experience including proficiency in MRI, CT, and X-ray.
- Have evidence of continuous professional development.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold a post graduate qualification in MRI, CT, or X-Ray.
- Have post qualification experience in CMR.
- Have experience working on GE Imaging equipment.
