As a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional cardiac care within our Outpatient Cardiology Department at Maidstone and Orpington.
We also operate a mobile Echo service within the Sporting world.
Working closely with the Lead Physiologist, Interventional Suite Manager, and Consultant Cardiologists, you will contribute to the smooth running of The Cardiology Centre ensuring the highest standards of patient care are consistently achieved.

Role Responsibilities
As a Senior ECHO Cardiac Physiologist, you will
- Deliver and support high-quality Echocardiograms to BSE standards.
- To support the cardiorespiratory lead in managing the day to day delivery of services in the cardiorespiratory department,
- Ensure compliance with CQC, MHRA, and clinical governance standards, promoting patient safety and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient experience and service efficiency.
- Contribute to training, mentoring, and professional development within the cardiorespiratory team.
Person Specification
Essential
- Degree (or equivalent) in Cardiac Physiology.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ post-registration experience within a cardiorespiratory environment.
- Proven experience in Echocardiograms.
Desirable
- BSE accreditation.
