Working as part of our busy Private GP Service, you will support consultants, GPs and patients to ensure a smooth and professional service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, bookings and patient enquiries across Primary Care and Pain Management services.
- Produce and format clinical correspondence, transcriptions and letters accurately and efficiently.
- Support online appointment triaging and diary management.
- Liaise with patients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure an excellent patient journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records, scanning and filing documentation using various software systems.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
- Desirable: Previous administration or secretarial experience. Touch typing and/or Excel knowledge.
