If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Commercial team at KIMS Hospital.
As Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and growth of our third-party partnerships. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day relationship activity, support new business development initiatives, and ensure an exceptional level of service for partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within healthcare partnerships and business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the management and development of existing partnerships
- Assisting with identifying, researching and progressing new business opportunities
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for partner enquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses
- Coordinating bookings, referrals and service access for partner organisations
- Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations and partnership materials
- Coordinating partner engagement events, including logistics and follow-up activity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-facing role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience within a healthcare, sports, partnerships or membership-based environment
- Exposure to sales, account management or business development activities
