Based in Maidstone, Kent. Salary up to £26,000 per annum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Lead HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, confidential and professional HR service is delivered to managers and colleagues across KIMS Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Process contractual changes, salary amendments and employee correspondence.
  • Administer DBS renewals, probation reviews and the employee leaver process.
  • Respond to employment reference requests.
  • Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Experience within a healthcare environment.
