At KIMS Hospital, we are looking for a Clinical Administrator (Cardiology Coordinator) to join our Cardiology Centre. As a Cardiology Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day organization of the department, ensuring that all patients, insurance providers, consultants, and medical staff are supported effectively. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping them navigate the healthcare process with confidence and ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors to the Cardiology Centre, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Manage and schedule inpatient and outpatient appointments, maximizing clinic efficiency.
- Advise patients on appointment preparations via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Direct patient queries to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate closely with other hospital teams to ensure the Cardiology Service operates efficiently and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- A solid understanding of healthcare and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working as a Medical Secretary.
