Are you an HCPC registered Radiographer, experienced in working across a variety of modalities? Are you looking to develop your career and lead a team? You will work on rotation carrying out diagnostic imaging in a range of modalities including MRI, CT and X-Ray. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week 8am - 8pm between Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake MRI (including CMR), CT, and general X-ray activity as required.
- Act as an Operator under the IR(ME)R Radiation Regulations and assess the clinical justification of referrals.
- Actively participate in quality improvements and audits.
- Mentor junior staff and deputise for the Lead Radiographer as required.
Essential qualifications:
- Hold a diploma or degree in Radiography with a valid HCPC registration.
- Have extensive post-qualification experience including proficiency in MRI, CT, and X-ray.
- Have evidence of continuous professional development.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable qualifications:
- Hold a postgraduate qualification in MRI, CT, or X-ray.
- Have post-qualification experience in CMR.
- Have experience working on GE Imaging equipment.
