As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all self‑pay patient enquiries. You’ll play a vital role in converting enquiries into appointments, providing clear information on services, specialists and pricing, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first point of contact through to booking. Working hours are Monday to Friday and one weekend in eight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries from prospective self‑pay patients by telephone and email.
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding services, specialists, fees and payment options.
  • Create and issue written and verbal quotations for self‑pay treatments and procedures.
  • Follow up on leads promptly, maintaining ownership of the enquiry and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with consultants’ secretaries and internal teams to gather all relevant information for bookings and quotations.
