We are looking for an energetic and driven Full Time Restaurant Team Leader to join us at iasg Restaurant within Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Lead and motivate the team, coaching and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
- Deliver unforgettable guest experiences and handle service recoveries when needed.
- Train and onboard new team members, setting them up for success.
- Occasionally support the bar team; experience in a bar environment is a plus.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
- Deep passion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality.
- Flexible schedule available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week).
- Proven track record of mentoring others and supporting team development.
- Driven, proactive, and focused on creating exceptional results.
- Radiates warmth, authenticity, and a natural can‑do attitude.
