We are looking for an energetic and driven Full Time Restaurant Team Leader to join us at iasg Restaurant within Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

Responsibilities

  • Support the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Lead and motivate the team, coaching and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver unforgettable guest experiences and handle service recoveries when needed.
  • Train and onboard new team members, setting them up for success.
  • Occasionally support the bar team; experience in a bar environment is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
  • Deep passion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality.
  • Flexible schedule available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week).
  • Proven track record of mentoring others and supporting team development.
  • Driven, proactive, and focused on creating exceptional results.
  • Radiates warmth, authenticity, and a natural can‑do attitude.
