A fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a Full‑Time contract! You will earn £13.54 per hour – equal to £28,163.20 salary, plus service charge. Responsibilities

As a Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a uniquely personal experience. You will provide recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring, handle queries and guest requests, and ensure all guests leave with a smile.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* hotel is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for interacting with guests; great personal skills and attention to detail.
  • Membership or pursuit of Les Clefs D’Or is a plus.
  • Experience working with Opera.
  • A full‑UK driver’s licence is desired.
  • Drive to produce results; commitment to human connection and service.
  • A warm and authentic personality, can‑do attitude.
  • Willingness to work within the team to embrace service and delight guests.
