We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Chef de Partie to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.

What do you need to be a Chef De Partie? Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation, and timely service.

So, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen.
  • Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum).
  • City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team.
  • Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
