We are looking for an authentic and driven Room Attendant (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
What do you need to be a Room Attendant? Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Providing guests with a pristine room, meeting health and safety standards.
- Working at pace to ensure rooms are ready for our guests to start checking into.
- Greeting guests with a friendly manner and communicating regularly with our Front Office team.
So, we are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 40 hours across 5 shifts per week.
- Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, working to time deadlines and at a fast pace.
- Passionate about delivering excellent Guest experiences and going the extra mile.
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team.
- Drive to produce results and deliver extremely personal experiences.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
- A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
