We are looking for an authentic and driven Food and Beverage Team Leader (Full‑Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon – a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Passion for providing excellent guest service, enjoying interaction with guests to ensure they have a uniquely personal experience.
- Experience developing and coaching team members to ensure they perform at their best.
- A personal licence (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required).
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team.
- Drive to produce results, working together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
- A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
