About the Role
Helping guests enjoy a pleasant and efficient breakfast service. Greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, serving food and drinks. Clearing tables and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Replenishing buffet items, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth checkout and seating process for guests.
- Managing daily breakfast service operations to meet the high standards of The Refuge.
- Actively assisting guests with any special requests during service.
- Keeping the dining area presentable and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering great service, food and drinks.
- Previous experience as an event waiter, bartender or similar is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with customers in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a wide hotel team.
- Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
