At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Night Room Service team member to join our luxury hotel in Central London. The role blends efficiency with warmth, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will deliver exceptional service directly to guests’ rooms, including dinner, late‑night snack, or celebratory bottle of champagne, while ensuring a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food, beverages and other items to guests’ rooms on schedule.
- Prepare and present meals, cakes, and drinks ensuring presentation quality.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any service issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and security of the night room service area.
- Record service transactions and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
