We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Breakfast Chef De Parties to join us at Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

At Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa we want to deliver a ridiculously personal service to all our guests, whether they are relaxing in our Spa or enjoying sustainably sourced Scottish seafood in our iasg restaurant. As Glasgow's only 5* Hotel, our team are focussed on providing our guests with 5* service and making heartfelt human connections in our boutique hotel, standing strong in Glasgow's city centre.

As a Breakfast Chef De Partie, we will support you to:

What do you need to be a Breakfast Chef De Partie? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation and timely service. So, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Availability to work Full Time 5 days per week 5.30am -2.00pm each day
  • Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum)
  • City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
  • Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
