We are looking for a Bartender to join us at Fitz’s Bar Russell Square, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Be a vital part of menu designs, activations and takeovers.
- Host the bar, manage the bar floor, and bartend on the rotation schedule.
- Take full ownership of guest experience from the door to the drink.
- Participate in extra activities such as bar takeovers, external events like Cocktails in the City, and act as ambassador for Fitz’s Bar.
- Support and guide cocktail competitions to enhance your name in the London bar scene.

- 1:1 development sessions and skill‑building programmes, including bartending training.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel setting as a server or bartender.
