We are looking for a Bartender to join us at Fitz’s Bar Russell Square, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a vital part of menu designs, activations and takeovers.
  • Host the bar, manage the bar floor, and bartend on the rotation schedule.
  • Take full ownership of guest experience from the door to the drink.
  • Participate in extra activities such as bar takeovers, external events like Cocktails in the City, and act as ambassador for Fitz’s Bar.
  • Support and guide cocktail competitions to enhance your name in the London bar scene.

  • Mentoring and brand training to enhance your hospitality knowledge.
  • 1:1 development sessions and skill‑building programmes, including bartending training.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel setting as a server or bartender.
  • A passion for guest experience and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people.
  • Confidence and a can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to support the wider hotel team.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic hospitality brand.
